Raising a child can be hard. We know that God has not called your family to do this alone! This special two-day event, November 2nd, and November 3rd is designed for families to learn about the process of dedication and God’s design for raising their children.
At Ascend, this is a two-day event that allows us to really pour in and invest with our parents who are dedicating their children the day before the corporate dedication with a special celebration.
Saturday Child Celebration (9:30am-11:00am)
Families, friends, and church leaders fellowshipping with friends and family of the children. We will have a structured teaching time explaining the roles of the parents and of the church in discipling our children. We will also have an intentional prayer time and equipping through various resources. A continental breakfast is provided for all in attendance.
Sunday Child Dedication (During each service)
We will gather corporately for our parents to come before the congregation to dedicate their children as the congregation commits to walk with them and invest in them as their local body of believers. Parents can select which service they would like to attend during the registration process.
