Ultimately we know as it says in Exodus 33 that it is when the Lord goes with us that makes us a distinct people. That is our foundational prayer as a church.
So as a church, we align ourselves with God’s Word, what He says about Himself, what He says about us, and how we are to live in light of those things. As we do that, our particular distinctives as a church become much more clear. The things we are and should be passionate about leap out of the pages of God’s Word and then inform our pursuits as a church.
